  • Individuals

When working with individuals we use a targeted approach drawing on therapies that may best suit the clients needs.

Therapies include but not limited to:

    • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

    • Schema Therapy

    • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    • Mindfulness

    • Motivational Interviewing

    • Systemic therapies

    • Attachment theory

  • Couples

When working with couples Sarah draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT). EFT focuses on the underlying, often repetitive patterns that can impact the functioning of a relationship by uncovering the deeper needs and fears of each partner. Attachment and emotions are the cornerstone to EFT, helping couples to develop a healthy emotional attachment with one another.

Throughout her career Sarah has been interested in relationships spending her last University year researching the relationship dyad. Since 2017 Sarah has been working with couples and enjoys seeing them reach their goals.
